The immaculate rice called 'GOA RICE' delivers clean and clear skin and makes skin smooth so that skin is glowing from the inside of the skin. Experience the balanced skin with rice that is the most familiar and extraordinary ingredient from the nature in Korea.
This toner is made with 77.78% Rice Extract effective in whitening and elasticity care. The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, eliminate dead skin cells and provide luster and moisturization to rebalance dry and tired skin.

Instructions
